  • An electronic lockbox can be place on you’re your home to give the realtor community easy access. The boxes are only accessed at certain times of the day, realtors must call to set and appointment before entering, and offer an electronic readout of who has accessed your home if that is needed. It is a great tool in home selling.
  • Color information packages including a copy of your listing, plat and all necessary disclosures will be placed in the home for potential buyers and their realtors to review.
  • Your home will be prominently placed on the internet on coldwellbanker.com, greenbergcb.com, realtor.com,
    louisvillerealtors.com, cbmcmahan.com.
  • The use of The Warranty Group Home Protection plan is also a great tool to help you sell your home faster. The price of this program is $429 and is optional to the seller. We recommend it. The program covers the seller during the listing period and the buyer for one year following the sale on select mechanical item in the home.
  • Homes magazine, the Courier-Journal, direct mail and other select print media will be used to enhance the sale of your home.
